Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. in USA Lancaster is seeking a Facilities Specialist, Maintenance to keep the facility and equipment safe and efficient. You will perform maintenance and simple repairs in plumbing, carpentry, painting, mechanical, electrical, or custodial tasks.

You will follow established procedures, conduct preventative maintenance, inspect systems, and assist other departments as needed. A forklift certification is required, and you must be able to work in warehouse temperatures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of general facilities, systems maintenance, and repair experience.
• Must be able to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures during seasons.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building and equipment; supervise others for general maintenance and repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building and equipment systems.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair facility issues to ensure daily operation.
• Identify safety hazards; maintain a safe work site and follow procedures.
• Operate or supervise use of forklifts and material handling equipment; maintain forklift certification.
• Perform grounds maintenance and ensure cleanliness of warehouse and work area.
