Job summary

Chenega Integrated Security Solutions is seeking a Facilities Specialist-Mid Level to coordinate facility operations for a government customer in Huntsville, AL. You will oversee maintenance, manage vendor relationships, and track work orders to ensure service quality and regulatory compliance.

The role requires at least two years of related experience, an associate degree in technical/engineering/architectural fields, and an active Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Two years of related facilities experience.
• Associate degree in technical, engineering, or architectural fields.
• Active Top Secret Clearance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Facility management certification preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee facility maintenance, repairs, vendor services, and contractor activities.
• Support facility projects by identifying operational and equipment access requirements.
• Manage workspace moves, additions, and seating assignments with Space Management.
• Procure parts, labor, and services by obtaining vendor proposals and managing invoices.
• Maintain asset records, preventive maintenance programs, and facility management systems.
• Track, manage, and report on work orders, maintenance metrics, and service performance.
• Conduct facility inspections and quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Utilize facility management tools to support service requests, reporting, and maintenance operations.
• Perform additional facility operations and administrative duties as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned
