Job summary

Cyntel Technologies, LLC is seeking a Senior Intelligence Management Specialist at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA. The role involves full-time work managing facility projects, planning, budgeting, and coordinating with Air Force and other stakeholders to ensure mission readiness and project deliverables.

Requires 7 years in facilities management or related field, plus a TS/SCI clearance. Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with 15 years’ experience preferred; travel to project locations is required.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in Facilities Management or similar field.
• Must possess a current DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and program long- and short-term facility projects (bathroom, painting, carpet, generators, security).
• Develop project programming documents (DD1391, cost estimates, SOW).
• Coordinate with host installation facility managers and ensure goals, risks, and budgets are managed.
