Job summary

St. Charles Health System is seeking a Northern Campus Facilities Manager to oversee building operations across Redmond, Madras and Prineville facilities.

This role provides leadership to Facilities Services staff, ensuring safe, reliable and efficient utility delivery and campus operations. The position requires at least five years in facilities operations with leadership experience; a high school diploma is required and a CHFM certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience in facilities plant operations, trades, and/or construction.
• Minimum one (1) year of leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CHFM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages work order, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance programs across Northern Campus locations.
• Ensures compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Hires, directs, coaches and monitors the performance of direct reports to build a high performing team.
