Job summary

St. Charles Health System is seeking a Facilities Manager for Bend to lead building operations across the Bend campus and related clinics. You will supervise Facilities Services staff, manage preventive maintenance, and ensure safety, reliability and regulatory compliance.

The role drives energy management, asset planning and continuous improvement while partnering with other departments. The position reports to the System Director Facilities, with responsibilities spanning the Bend region and

Qualifications

Requires HS diploma or GED.
Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred in related field.
Journeyman level certification in HVAC/R, Plumbing, Electrical required; CHFM preferred or to be obtained.

Responsibilities

Oversee building operations for the Bend Facilities Department.
Lead the Facilities caregivers, ensuring safety, reliability and high-quality service.
Manage preventive maintenance and work orders to meet system standards.
Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations, Joint Commission and ISO requirements.
Develop and monitor budgets; lead hiring, coaching and performance of staff.
Collaborate on energy management, asset planning and continuous improvement.
