Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services in Portland, OR is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, repair, and operations of CCS facilities, including residential properties. The role provides strategic leadership and remote supervision to dispersed maintenance staff while driving the regional Work Order Request System and unit-turn coordination.

You will plan and execute the Capital Improvement Plan, implement the Preventative Maintenance Plan, and ensure compliance with Federal Fair Housing, ADA,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred, plus 5 years providing oversight of general building maintenance experience.
• OR a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience providing oversight of general building maintenance and repairs.
• Five (5) years of supervisory experience leading cohesive maintenance teams and managing capital improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, repair, and operations of CCS facilities, including residential properties.
• Provide strategic leadership and remote supervision to dispersed maintenance staff while driving the regional Work Order Request System and unit-turn coordination.
• Plan and execute the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) and implement the organization’s Preventative Maintenance Plan; ensure compliance with Federal Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA, ORS, and OAR regulations.
