The role provides strategic leadership and remote supervision to dispersed maintenance staff while driving the Work Order system and unit-turn coordination. The position focuses on CIP planning, preventative maintenance, and strict compliance with housing, ADA, OSHA, and state regulations, while advancing cost-saving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred, plus 5 years overseeing general building maintenance.
• OR a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience overseeing general building maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, repair, and operations of CCS facilities, including residential properties.
• Provide strategic leadership and remote supervision to maintenance staff.
• Drive the regional Work Order Request System and unit-turn coordination.
• Plan and execute the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) and implement Preventative Maintenance Plan.
• Ensure compliance with Federal Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA, ORS, and OAR regulations.
• Support cost-saving, bulk purchasing and vendor efficiency initiatives.
