Tom Trese Networking LLC seeks a Facility Manager in Iowa to lead daily operations of a small 20-person site in Coon Rapids. You will supervise a team of site technicians, coordinate schedules, enforce safety, and ensure peak uptime and regulatory compliance.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a track record of building technical capability and accountability within a maintenance-focused team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a technical operations role with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience managing teams in an industrial environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physically demanding tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a technical field is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and mentor a team of site technicians, setting performance expectations and fostering accountability.
• Coordinate daily work schedules and coverage to ensure uptime.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and training to build technical capability.
• Oversee monitoring and maintenance of performance and uptime across the facility.
• Develop and enforce preventive maintenance schedules including equipment checks.
• Manage end-to-end day-to-day operations of the facility.
• Monitor environmental conditions and direct corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate operational logs and incident reports.
• Enforce site safety policies and OSHA compliance.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Lead safety walkthroughs and implement corrective actions.
