Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical operations role with 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Proven experience managing teams in an industrial environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physically demanding tasks.
• HS diploma; technical degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of site technicians, setting performance expectations.
• Coordinate daily work schedules and coverage for uptime.
• Conduct regular team check-ins, reviews, and training to build capability.
• Oversee monitoring and maintenance of facility performance and uptime.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules for building and systems.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the facility.
• Monitor environmental conditions and direct corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports and performance records.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA guidelines on site.
