Responsibilities

• Maintain painting and cleaning of property (internal and external).
• Oversee mechanical work, code work, and fire alarm checks.
• Schedule capital improvements and apartment work.
• Coordinate bids, contractors, and approvals for external work.
• Repair appliances and boiler equipment; manage inspections.
• Ensure payroll accuracy for maintenance staff and daily scheduling.
