The role involves managing budgets, coordinating external vendors, leading maintenance teams, and implementing preventive maintenance and sustainability initiatives to support smooth operations and excellent guest

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in facilities management or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and safety regulations.
• Experience managing budgets and vendor contracts.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations including maintenance and cleaning.
• Supervise external contractors and vendors per contracts.
• Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and capital projects.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
• Coordinate office moves, space planning, and workplace improvements.
• Monitor facility performance metrics and report improvements.
• Respond to facility emergencies and coordinate repairs.
