L’Ermitage Beverly Hills seeks an Engineer to maintain and repair equipment across hotel operations. You will handle maintenance requests, assist with cosmetic upkeep, and support other engineering tasks in a refined luxury setting.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of hospitality engineering support, can lift up to 75 pounds, communicate clearly with guests and colleagues, and work flexibly including evenings, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of engineering support experience in hospitality preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and use power and hand tools.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrates strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to guidelines to ensure health, safety and guest comfort.
• Respond to guest maintenance requests via the work order system and update status.
• Professionally communicate status of repairs to guests as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry and related systems.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and guest services to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Inspect facilities and report tasks to leadership; perform preventive maintenance.
