Key duties include managing healthcare facility operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, controlling operating budgets, and leading staff development to meet client objectives and high performance.

Responsibilities

• Facility Operations Management: Manage corporate healthcare facilities and campus buildings, leading maintenance teams for regulatory compliance, QA, financial performance, reporting, and staff development.
• Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance: Maintain compliance with healthcare accreditation standards and MSAs, ensuring readiness for surveys and inspections.
• Financial Management & Performance: Oversee operating budgets, monitor KPI/SLA performance, and coordinate with sourcing and contract teams on vendor activities.
• Personnel Leadership & Development: Create IPMP templates with HR, ensure training and timely completion for direct reports.
