Job summary

Combined Selection Group Ltd is recruiting on behalf of an electrical equipment services business for a Facilities Manager to oversee headquarters in Fort Worth, TX and a growing nationwide locations network. The role offers ownership of the facilities function and opportunities to lead site openings and renovations.

The successful candidate will manage day-to-day facilities, maintenance, and contracts while coordinating new openings, relocations, and expansions across locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management within a commercial/industrial environment.
• Experience managing multiple facilities or locations.
• Experience leading facility buildouts, renovations, relocations, or new site openings.
• Experience managing facility budgets and capital projects.
• Ability to manage contractors, projects, timelines, and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Hands-on approach to problem solving.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% to support other company locations.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for facilities across the company's headquarters and satellite locations.
• Management of building maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security, and other facility services.
• Selection, management, and performance oversight of external vendors and contractors.
• Management of service agreements, maintenance contracts, and facility-related suppliers.
• Leadership of new facility openings, relocations, buildouts, and renovation projects.
• Coordination of general contractors, subcontractors, and specialist vendors.
• Management of project budgets, timelines, and facility-related capital expenditure.
• Oversight of facility moves, site preparation, and operational readiness.
• Regular travel to satellite locations to ensure facilities are operating effectively.
• Development of processes and standards as the company's facility network grows.
• Hands‑on involvement in resolving day-to-day facility issues when required.
