Facilities Manager - Electrical Equipment Services - Fort Worth, TX

CSG is recruiting on behalf of an electrical equipment services business for a Facilities Manager to take responsibility for its headquarters and expanding network of locations across the US.

This is a newly created position and represents an opportunity to build and take ownership of the facilities function within a growing organisation.

The Role

The Facilities Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the company's facilities while also leading new site, renovation, relocation, and expansion projects.

Candidate Profile

The client is looking for an experienced facilities professional who combines strong vendor and contractor management experience with the ability to lead facility projects from planning through completion.

Experience within electrical equipment, industrial services, equipment rental, distribution, warehousing, manufacturing, or another multi-site industrial environment would be particularly relevant, although the company is open to candidates from other sectors with the right facilities and project experience.
