Job summary

Wireless-Cctv- is seeking a Director, Facilities & Expansion to lead planning, development, openings, and ongoing optimization of U.S. facilities from Richardson, TX.

You will own the infrastructure strategy to support geographic expansion, including new branches, relocations, expansions, lease coordination, site selection, and capital projects. You will partner with Operations, Sales, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, HR, and executive leadership to translate growth plans into an executable facilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in facilities, construction, corporate real estate, expansion, or multi-site operations.
• Significant experience managing new site openings, relocations, build-outs, and capital improvement projects.
• Experience supporting a multi-location or rapidly expanding organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously across different geographic markets.
• Strong experience developing and managing project budgets, capital plans, schedules, and financial forecasts.
• Experience managing commercial real estate brokers, landlords, contractors, architects, engineers, and other external partners.
• Strong contract negotiation, vendor management, and commercial decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering against aggressive timelines.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead the facilities & expansion program for U.S. markets from strategy through execution.
• Coordinate site searches, location assessments, and branch openings with cross-functional leaders.
• Manage real estate, lease negotiations, renewals, and relocations in partnership with Finance and leadership.
• Oversee new builds, renovations, and capital projects with vendors and contractors.
• Develop standardized facility specifications, branch-opening playbooks, and governance.
• Ensure facilities readiness, IT/network infrastructure, and operational handover to local teams.
• Provide executive reporting on budgets, milestones, risks, and decisions.
