Job summary

WCCTV is seeking a Director of Facilities & Expansion to lead planning, development, opening, and optimization of U.S. facilities as the company expands.

You will own the infrastructure strategy, oversee site selection, capital projects, and lease coordination, and partner across Operations, Sales, Finance, IT, and HR. The role requires strong program leadership, vendor management, and the ability to drive multiple expansions concurrently while maintaining operational readiness and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of progressive facilities/real estate experience.
• Experience leading multi-site openings, relocations, builds, and capital projects.
• Strong vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost control skills.
• Ability to travel regularly across the United States and manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute WCCTV's facilities and expansion strategy across the U.S.
• Lead site selection, market evaluations, and branch development plans.
• Manage lease negotiations, renewals, and expansions with Finance and executive leadership.
• Direct new facility build-outs, renovations, and major infrastructure projects.
• Establish standardized facility specifications and branch-opening playbooks.
• Provide executive reporting and coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Sales, Finance, IT, HR, and Legal.
