Qualifications

• 8+ years of facilities management experience in corporate environments or critical facilities.
• Experience managing data centers, laboratories, or mission-critical environments requiring high uptime.
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities within matrixed organizations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and CMMS/Work Order systems with budget reporting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of strategic facility projects while ensuring uninterrupted operations in secure environments.
• Develop programs and procedures to reduce costs and increase reliability across critical systems.
• Manage capital and expense budgets with financial analysis and variance reporting.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports and tenant operating cost statements.
• Direct vendor performance and activities during standard and after-hours periods for 24/7 readiness.
• Create annual management plans aligning operations with client objectives and security standards.
