Sentry Management Corp in Boulder, CO is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of our community building systems. This full-time role requires hands-on supervision, strong communication with residents, and the ability to coordinate vendors and contractors to complete work safely and on schedule.

You will manage light electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety systems, develop preventative maintenance plans, and participate in monthly management meetings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Trade school or technical background preferred.
• Experience in general maintenance and facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform light electrical, plumbing and general maintenance tasks.
• Oversee preventative maintenance for building systems.
• Direct maintenance staff and coordinate with contractors.
• Maintain supplies and on-call vendor coordination.
