Sentry Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager for a Boulder, CO community. This role covers electrical, plumbing, maintenance, and vendor coordination within a Homeowner Association setting.

You will supervise maintenance staff, oversee preventative plans, manage on-call duties, and partner with the General Manager to support community operations and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have general maintenance experience.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform light electrical, plumbing and general maintenance.
• Oversee preventative maintenance plans for building systems.
• Direct staff in grounds keeping and cleaning; supervise contractors.
• Attend monthly management team meetings and interact with residents.
