Sentry Management Inc. is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager for one of our Boulder, CO communities.

This on-site role involves light electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance, overseeing maintenance staff, and coordinating with vendors and contractors to keep building systems reliable and safe. You will work closely with the General Manager, manage preventative maintenance plans, and participate in HOA management activities.

Qualifications

• Must have general maintenance experience.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Ability to work independently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform light electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks.
• Oversee maintenance technicians; manage preventive maintenance and repairs.
