Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in one of the specified fields.
• Four (4) years of experience in building/facility operations with contract and budget administration.
• Two (2) years of management/supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Directs operational activities of facilities maintenance and related staff across City sites.
• Plans, prioritizes, and monitors work schedules; oversees budgets and payroll
• Evaluates quality and safety standards; coordinates maintenance projects and contractor work.
• Manages equipment, inventory, and supplies; ensures compliance with safety inspections.
• Provides quality customer service and responds to facility-related requests.
• Represents the program in meetings, hearings, and seminars; stays current on codes and regulations.
• Performs other trades work as needed.
