Job Description

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a business, public administration, engineering, architecture or construction management field.

Experience

Two (2) years of experience in any of the following:

• Managing construction-related activities
• Designing and/or coordinating capital improvement projects
• Preparing/monitoring/administering/negotiating contracts for: public sector projects engineering projects building construction projects OR other construction-related projects AND One (1) year of experience with supervisory/project management responsibilities. (This experience may be included in the required experience listed above.)

Equivalency

• High school diploma or GED plus six (6) years of the required experience including one (1) year supervisory/project management responsibilities will meet the education and experience requirements.
• An associate's degree in any field plus four (4) years of the required experience including one (1) year supervisory/project management responsibilities will meet the education and experience requirements.
• A bachelor's degree or higher in a non-specified field plus four (4) years of the required experience including one (1) year supervisory/project management responsibilities will meet the education and experience requirements.
• A master's degree or higher in a specified field plus one (1) years of the required experience including one (1) year supervisory/project management responsibilities will meet the education and experience requirements.

Licenses and Certifications

• Certified Construction Manager or Certified Project Manager are a plus.

Salary

Salary Range $62,379.20 - $76,585.60

The salary listed on this job posting is the starting salary range; amount offered will depend upon qualifications.
