Job summary

Qualifications

• Six years of facilities maintenance experience including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, or custodial.
• Two years of supervisory or lead responsibilities.
• A valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• CJIS certification to be obtained within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, monitor, and manage maintenance and upkeep of City facilities.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical systems, and other trades on site.
• Provide on-the-job training and delegate tasks; assist with timekeeping.
• Assist with bidding, cost estimating, scheduling, and budget development.
• Attend meetings on projects, funding, and facility concerns; coordinate with staff.
• Deliver quality customer service and handle challenging projects professionally.
• Perform any other duties as required.
