42dot Inc. seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, safety, and growth of our offices in Sunnyvale, CA. You will lead new office build-outs, renovation projects, and manage a network of vendors to keep facilities safe, compliant, and efficient.

You bring hands-on construction and operations experience, strong vendor management, and a proactive approach to site safety and disaster preparedness to support 42dot's rapid growth and evolving workspace needs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in facilities management or corporate real estate.
• Experience leading office build-outs and renovation projects.
• Proven vendor sourcing, negotiation, and management.
• Experience developing disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and workplace safety standards.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facility operations across all office locations.
• Lead new office build-outs and construction projects from planning through completion.
• Manage office renovation and improvement projects with architects and contractors.
• Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with facility vendors.
• Develop and maintain site disaster preparedness and business continuity plans.
• Establish and enforce workplace safety programs per OSHA.
• Oversee preventive maintenance for building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety).
• Manage facilities budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Serve as primary contact for landlords and property managers.
• Support space planning and office moves/reconfigurations.
• Respond to emergencies and employee requests promptly.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and permits.
