Bolt Graphics is seeking a Business Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day workplace operations and facilities management at our Sunnyvale, CA campus, with responsibilities spanning vendor management, maintenance, budgets, and logistics across multiple locations, including future sites.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience, strong management skills, and startup experience. This on-site role offers competitive compensation and benefits in the Bay Area.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience preferred.
• Management experience is preferred.
• Startup experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workplace operations and facilities management to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient office.
• Manage workplace services, vendors, maintenance, office programs, budgets, and logistics across Bolt Graphics locations.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for ongoing maintenance, repairs, and future facility needs; track budgets and invoices.
