Job summary

SiTime is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Facilities to lead facilities operations, strategy, and capital projects across the company’s worldwide locations. This role owns the physical footprint end to end—from daily operations, maintenance, and lease management to major buildouts such as the new Santa Clara headquarters.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of facilities leadership in semiconductor or tech environments, strong budget and vendor management skills, and the ability to coordinate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive facilities management experience.
• Experience leading multiple sites and capital projects.
• Strong vendor contracts negotiation and lease management.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global facilities operations across sites and labs.
• Lead capital projects, including new headquarters build-out.
• Manage lease administration and vendor contracts.
• Define facilities standards and preventive maintenance practices.
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance across jurisdictions.
