Job summary

The Scion Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager to ensure safety and functionality across property buildings and onsite facilities teams. You will lead maintenance programs, supervise technicians, and coordinate third-party vendors while upholding Scion's standards.

In this role you will prioritize safety, scheduling, and quality of workmanship, with potential involvement in multiple properties in a fast-paced, collegiate environment. Strong leadership and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Leadership role in fast-paced environments.
• Experience overseeing building systems and maintenance programs.
• Ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all building services and preventive maintenance per SOPs and regulations.
• Supervise day-to-day facilities operations including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems.
• Schedule maintenance, manage technicians, and document work orders and costs.
• Coordinate vendor bids, manage inventory, and ensure safety procedures and OSHA compliance.
• Inspect properties for deficiencies and prepare written reports with recommendations.
