The Veterinary Medical Center operates 24/7, with occasional weekend or holiday work.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma.
• Experience: 8 years in facilities, maintenance, or property management.
• Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency with CMMS, Microsoft Office and CAD related software.
• Willingness to handle physical tasks and after-hours work when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and direction to maintenance staff.
• Coordinate staffing and workload to support operations.
• Supervise maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems.
• Oversee parts ordering and inventory for maintenance.
• Serve as point of contact for facility-related inquiries.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors.
• Assist budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.
• Manage space, assets, moves, and storage optimization.
