Champions Social Club in Dallas seeks a hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and vendor coordination for our 24-hour club. You will align building systems with Champions standards, handle preventive maintenance, and support events to ensure a seamless member experience.

• 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, property operations, engineering, or related field.
• Experience in hospitality, restaurant, hotel, entertainment, or private club environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and preventative maintenance practices.
• Proactive, hands-on problem solving with ownership mindset.
• Ability to coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day facility operations, maintenance, and repair needs for the Champions Dallas Club.
• Act as the onsite decision-maker for critical facility outages or after-hours emergencies.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules for building systems.
• Conduct routine property inspections and identify safety concerns and improvements.
• Troubleshoot facility equipment and coordinate repairs with vendors and IT when needed.
• Coordinate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and kitchen equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Manage vendor performance reviews, SLAs, and contract renewals.
• Track facility-related expenses and forecast basic operational costs.
• Support event preparation with facility setups, AV coordination, and power needs.
• Maintain facility documentation, service records, and warranties.
