Job summary

Champions Social Club in Dallas seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and safety of the club’s premises. You will troubleshoot building systems, coordinate vendors, and ensure uptime for a 24‑hour operation.

The role requires hands‑on leadership, after‑hours availability, and close collaboration with IT, Events, Security and Operations to support events, member experiences, and ongoing property improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in facilities management or related field.
• Hospitality/restaurant/entertainment experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations, maintenance, and repair needs for the Champions Dallas Club.
• Act as the primary onsite decision-maker for critical facility outages or urgent after-hours emergencies.
• Develop, coordinate, and maintain preventative maintenance schedules for building systems, equipment, and property infrastructure.
• Coordinate the maintenance and repair of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and kitchen equipment.
• Manage day-to-day vendor performance reviews, SLAs, and contract renewals with local service providers.
• Assist with budgeting by tracking facility-related expenses and forecasting basic costs.
• Provide basic IT/AV support and coordinate with outside vendors for advanced needs.
