Job summary

Champions Social Club in Dallas seeks a hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and vendor relationships across a 24-hour hospitality property. You will manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and service contracts, troubleshoot in-house issues, and coordinate event setups while balancing safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong project management, proactive problem solving, and the ability to work after-hours.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of facilities management, property operations, engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facility operations, maintenance, and repair needs for the Champions Dallas Club.
• Act as the primary onsite decision-maker for critical facility outages or urgent after-hours emergencies.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules for building systems, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Conduct routine property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, repair priorities, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, kitchen equipment, and security-related infrastructure.
• Manage vendor performance reviews, SLAs, and routine contract renewals for local service providers.
• Assist with tracking facility-related expenses, minor repair estimates, and forecasting basic operational costs.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for TVs, displays, AV equipment, connectivity, and other tech, coordinating with IT or vendors as needed.
• Coordinate facility improvements, installations, repairs, renovations from planning through completion.
