Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS/work-order systems and basic maintenance planning/scheduling.
• Knowledge of safety practices and regulations relevant to facility operations.
• Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance or higher awarded or reviewed in the last 5 years.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to support on-call/after-hours needs as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a maintenance team, including daily direction and coaching.
• Plan, prioritize, and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance using a CMMS.
• Maintain building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, etc.).
• Coordinate and oversee vendor work; manage service contracts and bids.
• Enforce safety programs and drive a safety-first culture.
• Respond to facility emergencies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Track maintenance KPIs and assist with budgeting and procurement.
• Support facility projects and ensure minimal operational disruption.
• Maintain documentation, permits, and codes compliance.
• Collaborate with site leadership to align priorities with business needs.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities to reduce lifecycle costs.
