Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks a Manager Facilities Engineering 3 to lead the Palmdale facilities team onsite. You will oversee maintenance, ensure code compliance, and drive improvements across HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems using Maximo CMMS.

Candidates should have a strong background in facility operations, leadership experience, and the ability to coordinate with engineering, production, and safety teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required with significant facility operations experience.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, vacuum systems, or similar systems.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance; willingness to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise facilities managers and maintenance staff.
• Plan and prioritize maintenance work to minimize downtime.
• Ensure code compliance and safety across site infrastructure.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and training programs.
