Overview

This position supports the maintenance, business operations, and physical assets of bank facilities at an advanced level. Ensures department activities create value for the bank and align with business goals. Implements policies that enforce regulatory and corporate compliance. Maximizes operational efficiencies, improves service delivery, and manages risks by researching and recommending industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Facility Support: Oversees maintenance and repairs to ensure functionality. Dispatches work orders, manages preventive maintenance, conducts inspections, and develops asset management strategies. Assists with major projects, renovations, and emergency plans.
• Facility Service: Develops relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure high service quality. Monitors service standards and KPIs, implementing solutions for deficiencies.
• Vendor Management: Manages vendors, handles work orders, invoices, performance monitoring, and procurement.
• Budget Planning: Develops and oversees capital and expense budgets. Reports on budget performance, identifies savings, and manages variances.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate Facilities/Property Management OR High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of relevant experience.

Additional Requirements

• Experience in Corporate Real Estate, Facility/Building Maintenance
• Understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
• 35% travel between Raleigh sites
• Experience managing budgets and vendor contracts

Preferred

• Certifications from IFMA and/or BOMA
