Overview

This position supports the maintenance, business operations, and physical assets of Bank facilities at an advanced level. Ensures department activities create value for the Bank, aligning with business goals. Implements policies to enforce compliance, maximizes operational efficiencies, and manages risks through industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Facility Support: Oversees maintenance and repairs, manages work orders, performs inspections, and assists with major projects and emergency plans.
• Facility Service: Develops relationships with clients and vendors, monitors service standards, and addresses performance issues.
• Vendor Management: Manages vendors, including communication, performance monitoring, and procurement.
• Budget Planning: Develops and oversees budgets, reports on performance, and identifies cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in facilities management OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of experience.

Additional Requirements

• Experience in Corporate Real Estate or Facility Management
• Understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
• 35% travel between Raleigh sites
• Experience managing budgets and vendors

Preferred

• Certifications like IFMA and/or BOMA
