What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Coordinate with trades personnel on maintenance tasks, both corrective and preventative
  • Develop, implement, and manage preventive maintenance programs and schedules
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor safety compliance and maintenance standards
  • Manage operational and capital expenditure projects within budget and safety guidelines
  • Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track and report maintenance activities

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
  • Proven experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and contractor/vendor management
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time
