The Facilities Manager is responsible for managing all maintenance, housekeeping, laundry and security (if applicable) personnel while maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, guests and team members.

Schedule: Full-Time M-F 7am-3:30pm on-call rotation every other week for maintenance. Leader on Duty Rotation - approximately every 10 weeks - rotating with other leaders.
Pay: The targeted pay range for this job is $70,000 - $80,000 annually.
