Ecumen North Branch is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant to maintain clean, sanitary, and safe living spaces for residents in a multi-facility senior living community. The role supports a pleasant environment and safe operations for staff and residents alike, with a bi-weekly full-time schedule and daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written.
• Ability to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the facility including but not limited to: Vulnerable Adult and Abuse Policy, HIPAA, Resident's Bill of Rights, Universal Precaution, AWAIR, OSHA, Right to know, SDS, ADA, HUD Policy and Procedures, Fair Housing laws and regulations

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning tasks in accordance with community policies and department standards.
• Sweeps, vacuums, dusts, washes, waxes, scours and sanitizes areas as assigned. Moves furniture and equipment to clean behind or under as necessary.
• Maintains all assigned areas in a safe manner. Reports any maintenance or safety concerns to supervisor or member of the leadership team.
• Follows all regulatory compliance standards.
• Maintains equipment and supply levels as needed. Reports supply/equipment needs to supervisor.
• Assists with any resident need, as applicable.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

The Housekeeping Assistant is responsible for maintaining Ecumen facilities in a clean, sanitary, orderly and attractive condition. This position is responsible for providing a pleasant living environment for residents and an organized, safe working environment for staff.

Ecumen North Branch is hiring a Housekeeping Assistant. Ecumen North Branch consists of 51 assisted living rental apartment homes, 68 nursing home beds, 20 additional residences for seniors requiring memory care as well as transitional care services.

Opportunity Details:

Schedule:

• Full-Time - 67.5hrs bi-weekly
• Shift: 7:00am-3:00pm
• Every other weekend/Holiday rotation
• Position works various days during the week

Pay:

• The targeted pay range for this job is $19.50 to $20.94 per hour.
• Ecumen considers a variety of factors when determining new hire pay including experience, qualifications, and, when applicable, certifications, licenses, and education.
