Job summary

Job Details

• Relevant technical degree or trade certification in engineering, facilities management, building systems, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of engineering, facilities, or maintenance management experience, preferably within hospitality, resorts, commercial buildings, or another complex facility environment.
• Strong experience overseeing facility systems, maintenance programs, and capital projects.
• Experience managing and developing maintenance or engineering teams.
• Hands-on understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and control systems.
