Qualifications

• High school diploma plus CPO certification; HVAC certification preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years in facilities management with team leadership.

• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, preventive maintenance and building systems.
• Experience with OSHA regulations, safety programs, and contractor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily facilities and maintenance operations for a resort environment.
• Supervise and develop facilities staff, promoting safety and accountability.
• Manage work orders, preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors ensuring safe, quality work.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pools and guest areas; monitor inventories and budgets.

As a Facilities Maintenance Manager, you will oversee all facilities and maintenance operations while leading a team focused on safety, preventive maintenance, and exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with strong technical expertise, a commitment to safety, and a passion for developing high‑performing teams.
Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Manager
Location: Corona, CA
Pay Range: $75,000 - $80,000/year + 10% incentive opportunity

What's the Job?

• Lead daily facilities and maintenance operations for a resort environment, including buildings, equipment, grounds, pools, spas, and guest areas.
• Supervise, coach, and develop facilities and maintenance staff while promoting a culture of safety and accountability.
  Manage work order systems, preventive maintenance programs, inspections, and repair activities.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, spa, and other facility systems to ensure reliable operation.
• Monitor inventory, maintenance supplies, and departmental budgets while identifying opportunities for improved efficiency.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma along with CPO Certification. HVAC certificationis highlypreferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of facilities management experience overseeing facilities operations and maintenance teams.
