Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager for a premier hospitality and resort destination in Corona, CA. Lead a hands-on team to maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pools, and guest areas while driving safety and guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, preventive maintenance programs, and cost-effective operations within a dynamic resort environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus CPO certification; HVAC certification preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years in facilities management with team leadership.
• Strong leadership to develop and motivate staff.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, preventive maintenance and building systems.
• Experience with OSHA regulations, safety programs, and contractor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily facilities and maintenance operations for a resort environment.
• Supervise and develop facilities staff, promoting safety and accountability.
• Manage work orders, preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors ensuring safe, quality work.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pools and guest areas; monitor inventories and budgets.
