Qualifications
- High school diploma required; CPO certification required.
- HVAC certification preferred; hands-on experience in facilities management.
- Minimum 8 years leading facilities operations and maintenance teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily facilities and maintenance operations for a resort environment, including buildings, equipment, grounds, pools, spas, and guest areas.
- Supervise, coach, and develop facilities and maintenance staff while promoting safety and accountability.
- Manage work order systems, preventive maintenance programs, inspections, and repair activities.
- Coordinate contractors and vendors ensuring safe, efficient work to high standards.
- Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, spa, and other facility systems for reliable operation.
