We are working with a rapidly growing, $80M+ manufacturer that is a leader in the custom products space. They are looking to add a Corporate Facilities Manager for their Cincinnati, OH facility. This role will oversee and manage the maintenance operations of multiple sites within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of multiple facilities across various locations.
• Develop and implement facility management policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor and report on facility performance metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Manage facility budgets, including cost control, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Utilize software tools (e.g., CMMS) to schedule and track preventive maintenance activities.
• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance staff and external contractors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• 7-10 years of experience in facilities management and manufacturing
• 3+ years in a leadership role overseeing multiple sites
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and operations
• Advanced experience with boilers, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and controls
• Proficiency in facility management software and data reporting tools
• Familiarity with OSHA, ADA, EPA, and other relevant compliance regulations
• Ability to travel between multiple sites as needed
• Certified Facility Manager (CFM) (preferred)
• Facilities Management Professional (FMP) (preferred)
