As a CBRE Facilities Manager, you and your team will oversee building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of small to medium-sized buildings. This role focuses on all aspects of asset operations and may partner with Property Managers or landlords.
The minimum salary is $95,000 and the maximum is $110,000 annually, dependent on skills and experience. Eligible for a discretionary bonus. Benefits include 401(K), Dental, Health, Life, and Vision insurance.
