About The Role

As a CBRE Facilities Manager, you and your team will oversee building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of small to medium-sized buildings. This role focuses on all aspects of asset operations and may partner with Property Managers or landlords.

What You’ll Do
  1. Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance performed by vendors and contractors.
  2. Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
  3. Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
  4. Perform facility inspections and quality assurance following regulations. Suggest operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrades.
  5. Manage environmental health and safety procedures.
  6. Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing. Review quotes for parts, services, and labor.
  7. Conduct training on maintenance, repairs, and safety best practices.
  8. Lead by example, model CBRE RISE values, and influence stakeholders.
  9. Apply knowledge of your discipline and how it integrates with others to meet team objectives.
  10. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in systems and processes.
What You’ll Need
  1. Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience; experience and education combined will be considered. Valid driver's license required. Facility Management certification preferred.
  2. MEP knowledge is helpful.
  3. Experience managing healthcare facilities is a plus.
  4. Skilled in handling sensitive and complex information, setting expectations, and resolving issues.
  5. Leadership skills to motivate and impact team quality and effectiveness.
  6. Strong organizational skills and a keen inquisitive mindset.
  7. Advanced math skills for financial calculations.
  8. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Compensation & Benefits

The minimum salary is $95,000 and the maximum is $110,000 annually, dependent on skills and experience. Eligible for a discretionary bonus. Benefits include 401(K), Dental, Health, Life, and Vision insurance.
