The Facilities Manager will be the single point of contact responsible for facilities management, assisting the Director of Facilities, Regional Facilities Manager, Director of Engineering, Chief Engineers, and site team with the delivery of quality facility management services. This role will coordinate and manage client requirements and service delivery to ensure satisfaction. This position reports to the Regional Facilities Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support the Regional Manager in implementing all full-service components of first-class facilities management, specifically addressing the client scope of work per the contract.
  • Develop and implement innovative programs, processes, and procedures that reduce operating costs and increase productivity by working closely with the Regional Facility Manager, Engineers, and the client.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual activities and reporting.
  • Manage expense budgets by interfacing with the client/agency and internal leadership.
  • Lead, support, and train the site facility team.
  • Assist in implementing short and long-term projects based on contracts and addenda.
  • Develop variance reports on operating budgets and manage the annual budget and financial adjustments.
  • Assist with the development of the annual management plan and budget adjustments.
  • Maintain excellent client service mindset and effective communication skills.
  • Identify maintenance objectives and develop documented plans including preventive, corrective, and reliability maintenance procedures.
  • Participate in other assigned projects.

  • Experience with capital projects and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS (Corrigo preferred).
  • Ability to manage technical and administrative staff across multiple facilities.
Education, Training, and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Facilities Management or related technical field.
  • Minimum 8 years of industry experience.
  • Adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies.
