JLL is seeking a dynamic Facilities Manager to join our team in California or Washington State (you must be based in one of the following areas to be considered: San Francisco, CA, Los Angeles, CA, or Seattle, WA). This remote position offers the perfect blend of flexibility and hands-on experience, with 15-20% travel to various facilities across the state.

As our new Facilities Manager, you'll oversee a diverse portfolio of cafe and retail branches, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences. We're looking for a polished professional with a knack for innovative solutions and a drive to excel.

Here is some of your day as a Facilities Manager:

  • Oversee operations, staffing, performance, and service delivery to client locations in collaboration with the Regional Facilities Manager.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through leadership, responsiveness, and creativity; manage feedback and conduct relationship meetings.
  • Perform site inspections, assist with budgets, and support short and long-term projects.
  • Develop and implement the annual management plan; achieve key performance indicators.
  • Assist with reporting and maximize utilization of suppliers, including M/WBE.
  • Ensure compliance with JLL audit standards, asset maintenance, and work order completion.
  • Adhere to safety, environmental, and legal standards; implement portfolio-wide initiatives.
  • Share best practices and assist with annual management and capital plans.
  • Develop innovative programs to reduce costs and increase productivity.
  • Coordinate with vendors, monitor customer satisfaction, and collaborate on sourcing opportunities.

Here is who we are looking for:

Required

  • 5+ years of facility management experience.
  • Knowledge of standard business and accounting practices.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to analyze data.
  • Knowledge of Google Suite.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities and polished presentation skills.

Preferred

  • A bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management; MBA desirable.
  • Experience managing retail and cafe spaces.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

105,000.00 – 133,000.00 USD per year. The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
