Position Title: SENIOR FACILITIES PROJECT MANAGER

ESFM, the corporate Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) division of Compass Group USA and a Keystone member of the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), is seeking a Senior Facilities Project Manager.

Job Summary

The Senior Facilities Project Manager will oversee impactful projects from inception to completion, ensuring significant returns for the company.

Key Responsibilities

1. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives, collaborating with stakeholders including senior executives, sponsors, and field operations.
2. Coordinate and respond to change requests from original plans.
3. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Adjust team methodologies based on team dynamics.
5. Identify improvement opportunities and recommend changes.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years managing large, complex enterprise projects, especially those involving organizational change.
• Preferred: Pharma and GMP background.
• Preferred: Life Sciences background.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proven efficiency under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
