Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day building operations, including maintenance, repairs, and vendor coordination across all offices
• Serve as liaison with building management for security, parking, and access
• Oversee conference centers, including room setup, catering, A/V systems, and vendor support
• Coordinate construction, renovation, and office relocation projects, ensuring alignment with budgets and timelines
• Review contracts and manage vendor relationships
• Supervise facilities support personnel and assist in department budgeting
• Support trial teams with logistics, office equipment, trial supplies, and remote location coordination

Experience & Education
