Our client is hiring a Facilities Manager to oversee building operations, vendor coordination, and office logistics across multiple locations. This in‑office role is based in Downtown Baton Rouge and offers a chance to lead high‑impact projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily building operations, maintenance, and vendor relationships across all office locations
• Serve as primary liaison with building management for security, parking, access, and general upkeep
• Manage logistics for conference centers including room setup, catering, and A/V systems
• Lead construction, renovation, and office relocation projects, ensuring budget and timeline alignment
• Review and advise on contracts with external service providers (e.g., cleaning, maintenance, security)
• Supervise facilities support staff and collaborate with office administrators and copy center managers
• Provide logistical support for trial teams in remote locations (lodging, equipment, catering, supplies)
• Assist in developing and managing the department’s operating budget

Key Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in facilities, real estate, or operations management
• Strong understanding of lease agreements, contracts, and vendor management
• High attention to detail with a keen eye for design and functionality
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptable to new platforms
• Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings/weekends as needed
